Six charged in illegal online cannabis sales investigation

RCMP say the investigation continues and more charges are anticipated

Six people from Halifax Regional Municipality and Hants County are facing charges in an investigation into an illegal online cannabis distribution network, started by Windsor District RCMP in May 2019.

Earlier this month Mounties searched homes in HRM, along with Hants and Kings counties. RCMP say officers seized a “considerable amount” of cannabis products and over $20,000.
